Eugene 'Geno' Haggan
Eugene ‘Geno’ Haggan’s experience spans a near 40-year career in aviation as an owner and consultant for 145, 135 and part 91 operations, while also working with foreign buyers and international operators. Geno’s career began with 17 years of working with medically dedicated aircraft for multiple operators. Geno became independent over 22 years ago, and today is the proud owner of the largest privately owned fleet of medically configured Lear type aircraft in the world.
Robert F. Higginson
VP. Business Develpoment
Robert Higginson has over 15 years of practice in advanced critical care and has worked in the air ambulance industry for over 10 years, while also serving as a member of the Medical Flight Crew on over 1000 Air Ambulance missions. Higginson holds certificates in Organizational Psychology, Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Cardiopulmonary Sciences as well as a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA). Higginson is also certified as a Medical Transport Executive (CMTE) through the Association of Air Medical Services.
Director of Operations
With over 15 years of aviation experience, Bobby oversees daily flight operations, maintaining a safe operation at the highest possible level. Bobby previously served in the U.S. Air Force with 7 deployments overseas in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Dahlquist has 11 years of experience as a professional pilot and is type rated on the SA227, LR-JET, LR-45, and B737. Dahlquist holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Director of Maintenance
Mike has been in the aviation industry for over 30 years, and is an experienced A&P Mechanic with inspection authorization and is licensed as a private pilot. Mike has worked in the segment of air ambulance for over 25 years working exclusively with medically outfitted Lear jets.
Dr. Mary Katherine Harper
Dr. Mary-Katherine Harper is a board certified ER specialist. She has been a member of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians' EMS committee since residency. During that time she found a passion in flight medicine. Dr. Harper practices at a number of Banner hospitals in Arizona and is licensed in the state of Colorado as well. In her spare time she loves sports medicine. She has worked with the Milwaukee Brewers for many years and is looking forward to joining the medical staff for the Fiesta Bowl.
VP. Client Relations
Jim has over thirty years of experience in the industry as the former CEO of an air ambulance operation in the east coast USA that operated 5 learjets throughout the US, Canada and Carribean. An experienced Learjet pilot and retired Director of Operations, Jim uses his extensive knowledge to guide the client experience at Peak Medevac.
Lydia WS. Higginson
Lydia is a Registered Nurse who holds degrees from Yavapai College and Grand Canyon University. Lydia has worked in her career in the capacity of Case Manager, Clinical Manager, as an accomplished Flight Nurse and as a Neuro/Trauma and Cardiac intensive care nurse. Lydia has practiced in multiple states and in many different hospitals in both the Phoenix metro and Denver metro area.
Manager of Sales/Dispatch
John brings 12 years of experience selling, coordinating and overseeing time-sensitive medical transports. John also develops and maintains relationships with our clients and educates healthcare professionals about the air ambulance industry.
Flight Coordination Specialist
Sara’s 5 years in aviation includes international charter sales as well as flight following and operations for high-end clientele. Sara has also assisted with aircraft purchasing for the discerning buyer. For Peak Medevac, Sara is the contact for charter companies that are looking for Air Ambulance transport.
